About our Products and Order Process

Our Publications

All of our e-publications are fully-formatted pdf files which you can view onscreen or print on your printer.  You will need the Free Adobe Acrobat Reader, version 5.0 or later, to read our eBooks onscreen or to print them.  (The latest version of Acrobat Reader is a free download from Adobe's website at: http://www.adobe.com .)

Our Order Process

When you click our electronic order links:

1. You will be taken to a web page where our order processing service (currently PayPal) will have you enter your standard credit card or other payment information, and your E-Mail address.
2. The service will then automatically return you to a special download page, which will give you instructions on how to download your eBook(s).
3. You can then download and immediately open and read  (or print)  your eBook.
4. If for any reason you are not returned to our special download page, please contact us and we will gladly make whatever arrangements may be necessary to get your purchase to you.

Order or Download Problems

We've never had an order/download problem that we couldn't solve within a day. If -- for any reason -- you have been unable to satisfactorily order or receive one of our publications, please let us know.  You will get immediate attention.

Refunds

Because of the nature of our products,  we can't offer refunds except when otherwise stated.

However, we offer lots of free samples of the kind information you'll get in each of our publications. Please examine all of these samples if you're at all unsure of whether our publications are right for you. (You'll find excerpts from our publications all over our website.)

Privacy

We will not share any personally identifying data about you with anyone else -- ever.

• Our website does not use "cookies" or other tracking technologies.
• We do not retain your credit card or other payment information.  (Our credit card processing service may do this,  but we have no access to their data.)
• We do retain your email address to contact you for product support reasons or to announce our own new publications. (Currently, such announcements are not done on a regular basis,  and are not done for third party offers,  but only when we are announcing one of our own new products).

Shipping

For printed books, we normally simply send your book to street address you give when you order.  We are also happy to arrange other methods, if you wish. Please contact us if this is an issue for you.

Additional Charges (such as shipping or sales tax)

Unless stated otherwise, the prices shown on our product order pages are the final prices and there are no additional charges added during the order process.
