What is Your Correct Body Weight?Your "correct" or "best" body weight is the weight at which you are (statistically) expected to live the longest and also to be in the best health while you are alive. The best body weight has been measured by several statistical studies involving millions of people and therefore is known very accurately. This is also the weight at which you will be your most attractive, energetic, vivacious, and exuberant. There are two common measurements that are the most useful in determining your correct body weight. They apply to almost all people. (But there are some special categories of people that they do not work well for. See the link below.) The first is the Body Mass Index (BMI). The second is the Standard Height-Weight Table(s). (See the link below.) To find out what the "Body Mass Index" number and the weight category actually mean, whether they really apply to you, and why doctors actually use them, please read (free) a chapter from The 2004 Multi-Diet, More On... Body Weight and Calories. Other free chapters of The 2004 Multi-Diet (available on this website) show you which simple, ordinary, supermarket foods and combinations have the most powerful hunger-suppressing effects; and why they do. |
