Below is an excerpt from Part One of by Anderson A. Anonymous, M.D., Ph.D. Conclusion of Part OneWhither from here? This concludes Part One (which is also the Internet Edition) of The 2001 Multi-Diet. As I said in the introduction, I have left out nearly all of the detailed explanations, the scientific references, the “tips, tricks, and techniques”, the detailed check sheets, and a lot of my own risqué opinions. At this point, readers who are “do-it-yourselfers” have enough information to design themselves a daily checksheet with each of the Eight Vital Factors and get going on the Multi-Diet. Those who would rather not spend time doing this should continue on to Parts Two and Three where I’ve already provided the methods. I have organized The Multi-Diet into several parts so that Part One can give everyone free access to the information to evaluate the weight-loss approach we use, begin to actually try the Multi-Diet, and get the print version in time to provide detailed background and technique when they need it. In the final analysis, there are really only two ways to verify anything: (a) try it for yourself and see if it works, or (b) decide to take someone else’s word for it. In your situation, the “try it yourself” approach is superior. The reason for this is that if you try the Multi-Diet, you’ll know within a few days that it’s going to work for you. With the “somebody-else’s-word-for-it” method, even 100 Nobel Prize winners assuring you that I am speaking “the ultimate metaphysical truth” still won't make you lose an ounce of fat. Please continue on to Part Two. |
